What is a home-watch service?
A home-watch service provides scheduled visits to a property while the owner is away. At Trusted Home Service Advisors, visits focus on routine visual checks of agreed-upon areas, optional photo documentation, and selected concierge tasks based on your customized plan. The goal is a dependable local presence and clearer information about how the home looks during your absence.
Is home watch the same as a licensed home inspection?
No. Home-watch visits are routine visual observations based on the services you select. They are not a licensed home inspection, do not diagnose defects, and are not a substitute for a professional inspection or specialized evaluation.
What happens during a routine property visit?
During a scheduled visit, Kelly reviews the agreed-upon interior and exterior areas included in your plan. Depending on what you select, a visit may also include photo documentation and concierge tasks such as mail collection, plant watering, faucet and toilet care, or vehicle starts. Exact activities depend on your customized service plan.
Will I receive photos after each visit?
Photo documentation can be included based on your selected plan. Preferences for what is photographed and how updates are shared can be confirmed during your consultation. Specific formats and timing are discussed as part of your communication preferences.
